The Fine Art Of Persuasion
This month we focused on the fine art of persuasion - how Commercials convince us as viewers to purchase products and services we might otherwise not know about or need. Commercials are short programs which run 15, 30 or 60 seconds that are developed and paid for by companies and organizations. TV ads typically convey a message that promotes a brand, sells a product or service, or advocates for an idea or position.
Commercials were included in our April Broadcast which was anchored by Danny Alvarez '23 and Ryan Dierssen '23. Contributing reporters Ben DiGennaro '22, Ryan Ordonez '22, Dean Williams '23 Rocco Dominguez '23, Julie Lomurno '23, Elise Stuetz '23, Lena Palushaj '23, Danny Alvarez '23, Ryan Dierssen '23, and Billy Scaplehorn '22
