“The Vox Pop is a tool used in many forms of media to provide a snapshot of public opinion. Random subjects are asked to give their views on a particular topic and their responses are presented to the viewer/reader as a reflection of popular opinion”. The media use Vox Pops for many reasons, but chiefly for the following:
  • to test public opinion and reaction
  • to influence decision-makers
  • to forecast results of events
  • to stimulate public debate
Seniors On High School
Many seniors feel the same way about graduating and leaving high school and their friends. It is interesting to really capture how these students feel with their own words. Not only do seniors get emotional but also younger students don’t like to see them leave. By Kyle O'Connor '18
